We are a consortium of professionals specialized in procurement, maintenance, tanks and pipeline services, anti – corrosion, pipeline cleaning, inspection and flushing, pipeline external and internal surface treatment pigging, surface protection and provision of technical services to the oil and Gas industries, government and private Organization.

We are also into high level trainings in operational ethics, safety and management / Technical aspect of production.

We are a team of international and national professionals with verse experience in oil gas, Telecommunication, construction and Energy.

Meet Our Management Team

Engineer Soares Adeyele Raymond (B.Sc., MNLA, MCSN) possesses 33 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.

He has served in the Kaduna, Warri and Port-Harcourt Refineries as a Management Staff.

Mr. Ishola David Abiodun holds B.A Degree from the University of Lagos and a certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from ZTE University, China.

He possesses 24 years of experience in the Oil and Gas and Telecommunication Industries. He also has 5 years experience in the Maritime Industry.

Engineer Emeka Steven Chinye holds a B.Eng. Degree , MIEE United Kingdom.

He possesses cumulative 20 years experience in Electronic/Instrumentation Engineering, Project Management, Construction and Procurement.

Agbi Samuel Adekunle

Executive Board Member

Mr. Agbi Samuel Adekunle graduated from the University of Lagos, where he studied Marketing. He also obtained various professional certifications in ICT. Mr. Agbi has worked at various levels of the public and private sectors spanning 40 years in the areas of Banking, Oil & Gas, Marketing and ICT.

Oladele Jimoh Owa

Executive Board Member

Engineer Oladele Jimoh Owa holds a B.Eng, MSC Chemical Engineering from ABU, Zaria. He is COREN Certified, a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineering (AICHE), and an ISO Certified Lead Auditor. He has 36 years of proven work experience in Engineering, Oil & Gas and other related Technical disciplines.

Oyeyemi Akinrele

Company Secretary/Lawyer

Yemi Akinrele holds B.A. Degree in Law from the University of Kent, UK, and Masters Degree in Commercial Law(LLM) from Kings College, University of London. She possesses a cumulative 34 years of experience across different sectors.

Kuburat Motunrayo Olatunji

Accountant

Kuburat Olatunji holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic, Offa, and an MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. She is a Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of experience.

Salawu Fatai Adewale

Engineer

Engr. Salawu Fatai Adewale has a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with 25 years of experience in road Construction, Building and General Architectural designs.
